User Experience (UX)
Increase your ROI and decrease your expenses with a great user experience. Get the User Experience wrong - kiss your customers good bye.
Create an easy to use application and/or website that increases the bottom line...
Now a days people just want a website! We here this all the time "Hey B&B can you just give me a website that I can put up and make some sales”. Although this is fine for the beginning entrepreneur this is a grave mistake for somebody who is doing business on a serious level.
See, user experience is like nutrition, you never really understand the importance of it until you actually need it — better sooner than later. Think of UX as the way in which a user will psychologically interact with your digital products and how they will feel based on that interaction. Good or bad they will arrive at a conclusion about your company after using your application and/or website. And this conclusion in turn effects everything from how much you sale, do they like your company, do they trust your company and will they covert (i.e. hit the buy button).
The best course of action is to invest in the experience in order to influence their final conclusion. It’s important that you do as much as you can to create a good interaction with your users online —UX is the online version of customer service. Bad customer service will drive you out the door. But good customer service (think of that nice Starbucks Barista) will keep you buying the product.
So let’s build the blueprint before we build the house. After we build the house (i.e. your next project) let’s continue to upgrade and/or enhance our house.

It’s not guaranteed that you will meet with Bryan Bowser due to his schedule but before your consultation meeting our team will conduct research and/or an effective strategy for your company — Bryan will be involved with that planning phase.
How does the payment process work?
For any consultation project payment is due up front before any work is completed by our team.
What should I do before our user experience session?
Before your UX session beginnings it’s important to (1) have a clear goal in mind for your application/website, (2) have all your material organized and together for review and (3) have all important team members in attendance (no more than 5).
What should I do after our user experience session?
After our UX session it’s important to conduct an internal pow wow and/or meeting with your team. We’re big on next action steps so it’s important to implement the given recommendations to accomplish your goals. Our team will also schedule follows up to see how your progress is coming along.
If I have an ongoing website project with B&B can I get free user experience session?
You can’t get a free UX consultation session during your project; this is a separate beast all together. Building something (i.e. your project) and strategizing what to do with the building (i.e. the UX) are two separate stages.
Will you help us incorporate your UX recommendations after our project is complete?
Of course, if you have a designer that you’re working with you can share the findings with them to incorporate the recommendations. If not, you can always work with B&B Support Services to get the job done.
How will I know if our UX strategy is working or not working after our project is complete?
Stats! Numbers don’t lie so in order to effectively implement good user experience it’s important to track and review numbers, have questionnaires, get user feedback and any combination thereof.
Do you provide ongoing support for UX?
Yes, we can structure a project for ongoing support over a period of time. This is the most effective way to conduct a UX project but it allows us to strategize, execute, review and repeat.
If you had to choose the most important UX activity, what would it be?
Personas! Understanding your users is the most critical aspect of making the right choices.
